I haven't thought I was punk since I was in highschool. And even then I was some white kid from a middle class upbringing, who went to private school and liked expensive beer.
Now that's punk if anything is.
29% punk...and woulda been even lower if I didn't shave my head for New Year's out of pure anger and frustration. I was mostly glam and New Wave growing up, but I do have a peer-reviewed pharmaceutical sciences paper that mentions Sid Vicious and the Sex Pistols in describing mu opiate receptor desensitization. For that alone, some punk should beat the crap out of me.
