In honor of St. Patrick's Day: I can't argue with this result too much

Here's an appropriate one for St. Patrick's Day:

You Are Guinness

You know beer well, and you'll only drink the best beers in the world.
Watered down beers disgust you, as do the people who drink them.
When you drink, you tend to become a bit of a know it all - especially about subjects you don't know well.
But your friends tolerate your drunken ways, because you introduce them to the best beers around.

Although I do like Guinness, it's not my favorite beer. Personally, I prefer Magic Hat No. 9, Goose Island Honker's Ale, Newcastle Brown, and various brown ales made by Magic Hat and Goose Island. Sadly, Goose Island beers are only available in Chicago and parts of the Midwest, which means that I seldom get to sample them anymore.

Well it's St. Patrick's Day and what better way to celebrate than taking pause to consider the science of BEER! According to History.com, Americans annually consume 21.6 gallons per capita. Today, you might be able to imbibe green-dyed beer at one of the nation's 47,984 drinking places--many among…

Sometimes the items falling into my in-box are totally random and unconnected. Sometimes they fit together very nicely. Then, there are the times they fit together in a random and unconnected sort of way. I moved to Boston, from Upstate New York, when the Governor was a King. I only vaguely…
I’ll admit it: I’m a bit of a beer snob. I make no bones about it, I like my beer, but I also like it to be good beer, and, let’s face it, beer brewed by large industrial breweries seldom fits the bill. To me, most of the beer out being sold in the U.S., particularly beer made by Anheuser-Busch and…

I've never been a big beer drinker, but the two I fopund that are above 'drinkable' are San Miguel, and a local Baltimore brew called Arrow 77 (does anyone know if that's still being brewed?).

Zzzz...that was excellent. In addition to being a great advertisement, it should provide all the education an IDer needs to understand why evolution is important.

Brilliant!

Looks like I'm a "Sam Adams".

Which isn't bad, considering that the Summer Ale is one of my favorite american beers.

Up here it's a Sleeman's Honey Brown lager though. :)
