On a roll I think... let's go for either the Streaked Laughingthrush (Garrulax lineatus) or the Bhutan Laughingthrush (Garrulax lineatus imbricatum) which is listed as a subspecies but also seems to have been re-classified as a separate species in of itself... both found in Afghanistan, Bhutan, China, India, Nepal, Pakistan, Russia, and Tajikistan... let me dig a little more...

Streaked Laughingthrush

OK, I'm pretty sure it's the Bhutan Laughingthrush, Garulax imbricatus, now considered a separate species according to:

Collar, N. J. (2006) A partial revision of the Asian babblers (Timaliidae). Forktail 22: 85-112.

Bhutan Laughingthrush I

Bhutan Laughingthrush II

(and confined to Eastern Bhutan and Western Arunachal)
