Long time "listener" (don't like the term lurking)
This looks like one of the Laughingthrushes, the brown wing panel and the silver streaks on upper and underparts suggest Streaked Laughingthrush.

Looks like a babbler of some kind, but I haven't been within 5,000 miles of Bhutan, so don't have any local expertise.
How about Striated Babbler Turdoides earlei?
The silvery streaks and feather edges on the wing point to Streaked Laughingthrush, Garrulax lineatus, as suggested by Adrian. In my field guide, the babbler has a light belly with dark flanks, and the streaks are dark on a lighter background. Not that I've ever seen either one...
Close but no prize. Didn't know they had been split. I've seen the western species, which has a chestnut ear, so I guess Bhutan is next on the trip list!!
