Thanks Dan Kasun for a recent post mentioning the USA Science and Engineering Festival. Thanks for mentioning the festival and thanks for Volunteering in the Microsoft booth! The festival can't happen without volunteers!
For those who aren't already in "the know" (which usually includes me), there is a Science and Engineering Festival in DC going on in DC (http://www.usasciencefestival.org/ - it started on 10/10 and goes to 10/24).
This week commences with a science fair that is being held at the White House. Yes, THE White House. Capital W and H.
Two of the 2010 Imagine Cup winning teams will be demonstrating their solutions at the fair:
Team Mobilife

I couldn't be more proud and excited for these teams - and I am truly honored that Microsoft's Imagine Cup competition gave them the podium and spotlight to demonstrate their talent, creativity, intellect, and entrepreneurial spirit. I am also very pleased that our leaders are recognizing our science and technology students in this way... as they are really the key to the future of our nation.
Good luck everyone! Can't wait to see the pictures!

p.s., also - the Science and Engineering Festival culminates with a "Grand Finale Expo" on Saturday and Sunday (10/23 and 10/24 http://www.usasciencefestival.org/2010festival/expo) ... I'll be there in the Microsoft booth showing some really cool stuff. Please feel free to stop by and say hello!

Please stop posting every single freaking post to the scienceblogs select feed. That's a once a week kind of thing. It's getting ridiculous.
Thanks for the tip!
