Monado; I think it's a kind of lichen, but I'm not sure. I took this photo about 2 years ago and I didn't really pay attention to what it was on. If I find out I'll caption the photo with what it is.

Check Cerrena unicolor. The hairy zoned cap with algae is fairly diagnostic. It is a fungus.
