Yes, this is a silly title, but I was told that "hillside" (rinnemailla? mäenrinne?) was not correct, but no proper word was provided to me. Instead, I was told to describe the picture more precisely, so .. I did that. The result is the title you see above, which makes me laugh until tears come out of my eyes, and I am a proudly arrogant ugly American. I know one of my Finnish readers will ride over the hill, hollowed out coconut shells echoing on the castle walls, to rescue me .. right?

How about 'rocky mound with trees (growing on it) in Suomenlinna', or 'kivinen kumpu, jolla (kasvaa) puita Suomenlinnassa'?
Obviously the growing bit isn't necessary in a title in English, and the same goes for Finnish.
Although... in the picture it seems to me that the tree is actually behind the mound. In this case, naturally, you'd just drop out the 'with trees'/'jolla puita' and leave the rest as is.
