It's the political equivalent of manager-speak. It uses lots of big and usually inappropriate words, or those which have been used so often they lose all meaning, but doesn't actually say anything and the chances of action is minimal at best.
For example:
"Going forwards we well continue to deploy our enhanced market facing strategy."
"We will use today's interconnectedness to develop our shared global ethic."
We will? Sensational.
Anyone able to translate? My gibberish is a little rusty.
