I think that's a light adult Swainson's hawk. Going by Sibley: "slender buteo", "relatively long tail", "long and fairly pointed wings", "dark remiges", and "dark chest".

I too say Light morph Swainson's. "White throat, rufous bib" But especially the white belly, and white coverts, with dark remiges. Texas is right too.

That's a nice shot. I'm saying light morph Swainson's Hawk too for the same reasons as above.
