Big honking beak? Yellow eyebrow? I think I know what this one is.
Yellow eyebrow, heavy bill, white secondaries...looks like an Evening Grosbeak.

Adult male Evening Grosbeak.
It know that one! It's the one which flaps its wings and flies. If my memory is correct, it's called "a bird".

Yellow supercilium; white secondaries; heavy white bill - it's a western Evening Grosbeak (gave it western distinction due to location and because the eastern Evening Grosbeak is a brighter yellow).
