...but you make it so damn hard.
MTV has been incessantly airing their latest movie award travesty all week, and I've caught a couple of segments while channel surfing. Another year, another boring awards ceremony. Even Sarah Silverman's jabs at Hollywood couldn't make up for the mediocrity.

You really didn't want to work today, especially in the States where we're heading into the 4th of July holiday weekend. So, thanks to Julie Meloni at No Fancy Name, I'm blowing off stuff today to re-live memories of grad school through 1980s music videos. I still remember the mad rush to finish…

Does it mean I'm getting old, when I walk into the house of one of the kids I'm mentoring and the first thing I think is; What the hell are you listening to? The second thought being; Pull your damned pants up. . .Or is it more indicative when a "kid" just eleven years younger than me, tells me that I would understand what he's going through if I wasn't so old. I thought one wasn't old until they were at least fourty. . .I want that damned decade before I get OLD.
