Issues Regarding Voting

href="http://www.blackboxvoting.org/">Black Box Voting
has sent out emails, suggesting that technologically-astute persons
consider signing up for temporary tech support jobs, to provide support
for the election process.

Oddly, the
message is not on the front page of their website, but href="http://dantheserene.livejournal.com/392715.html">someone
else already posted it.  Sounds like a good idea, if
you have the time.

Perhaps the more
widely-applicable suggestion, though, is to make extra sure that your
voter registration still is active, and double-check your voting
location.  That can be done easily using the information and
links here.
 Seriously, do it.  It is as easy as checking your
tire pressure.

Today is far more stressful than it deserves to be. I spent a good part of today either bleeding all over my apartment (one of my lories bit me) or on the telephone, talking with the police department, trying to determine if my "good citizen certificate" is ready to pick up. Even though I saw at…
